Singapore has a robust ecosystem of government grants designed to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at various stages of their growth journey. These grants aim to encourage productivity, innovation, digitalization, internationalization, and capability development. They are non-repayable, making them a very attractive funding option compared to loans.
Most of these grants are administered by government agencies like Enterprise Singapore (ESG) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), and many can be applied for through the Business Grants Portal (BGP).
